CLENSTA STORY
The inspiration for Clensta came from the visible need to make Personal Hygiene accessibleat locations with scarcity of water. Clensta is an Indian startup in association with IIT Delhi, one of the leading technology institutions in India. We have been working to create innovative waterless healthcare solutions to make hygiene accessible for anyone,
anytime and anywhere. Our mantra of ‘clean instantly’ is driven by our aim to create products that promote complete and instant Personal Hygiene without the use of water.
Our story began with a simple idea of maintaining hygiene for defense personnel and to areas nwith acute water shortage. We were parents in search of safe options, but unsure of where to
turn. We needed one brand that we could go to for trusted products and information. And when we couldn't find where to begin and realized we were alone. Hence, the idea for Clensta was born.
We seek to achieve our goal by promoting plastic waste footprint education, research, exchange, communication and knowledge dissemination. We maintain the global standard for revaluating the cost reduction on household products with qualified assessment and
developed practical tools and approaches for plastic footprint assessment and plastic
footprint reduction.
Clensta as the parent company has now introduced homecare products to your daily Household and Personal Care needs. We aim to maintain the waterless innovation for a better aspect on transforming awareness of the plastic waste into concrete action towards sustainability. Clensta has always been inclined towards being a Research & Development focused company with our main agenda to bring innovative solutions to the world. We have an experienced team of scientist and researchers who have taken up the mission to improve global hygiene and all our current and future products are targeted to make hygiene available at anytime and anywhere. We have been awarded a research facility at IIT Delhi, which is one of the best technology institutions in India and our research team works closely on understanding the customer needs and simultaneously working on innovative solutions that can solve the hygiene crisis in the world.
